Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in process consulting, business analysis, or transformation.
• Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and propose improvements.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, and requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to measure efficiency, productivity, quality, and resource use.
• Review workflows to remove steps, reduce delays, and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand challenges and desired outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and capture detailed requirements.
• Document processes, responsibilities, systems, inputs, outputs, dependencies.
• Design improved workflows and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Recommend changes using data, feedback, and industry practices.
• Perform gap analyses between current and future-state operations.
• Analyze impact on staffing, technology, costs, controls, and customer experience.
• Support implementation strategies for approved improvements.
• Coordinate with tech teams on automation and system enhancements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for IT and projects.
• Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Create process docs, SOPs, diagrams, and business requirements.
• Establish metrics to evaluate efficiency, quality, cycle time, and cost.
• Review post-implementation performance and suggest optimizations.
• Support change management and workforce adaptation.
• Prepare executive summaries and improvement recommendations.
• Track initiatives, milestones, risks, and actions.
• Promote standard processes and continuous improvement across areas.
• Stay current with process-management and automation practices.
