Job summary

Healthbay Company seeks a Process Consultant on a full-time contract to analyze operations, map workflows, and design improved processes to boost efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

The role partners with business leaders, operations, and technology teams to understand challenges, facilitate workshops, produce clear specifications, and guide teams through transformation initiatives, including digital improvements and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in process consulting or business analysis.
• Experience analyzing complex workflows and delivering practical improvement recommendations.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Visio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess business operations to determine process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Review workflows to remove steps, reduce delays, and improve service delivery.
• Conduct discovery sessions and walkthroughs to capture requirements.
• Develop documentation of existing processes, responsibilities, systems, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
• Design improved workflows and operating procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Translate process requirements into functional specifications for tech teams.
• Facilitate process-design workshops and improvement meetings.
• Establish measures for evaluating efficiency, quality, cycle time, cost, and service.
• Promote continuous improvement across assigned business areas.
