Job summary

McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Senior eCommerce Brand Manager, Private Label to lead the commercial strategy and performance across Amazon, marketplaces, and other consumer ecommerce channels.

This highly visible individual contributor role owns the end-to-end business performance of the portfolio, including growth, assortment, and listing strategies, product launch planning, profitability, and strong cross functional coordination of marketplace execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, brand management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of Amazon 3P seller experience directly managing brands.
• Strong experience owning business performance metrics, forecasting, P&L management, and profitability analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategy articulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of private label products across Amazon and other channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies balancing revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Lead forecasting, reviews, and performance reporting.
• Lead go-to-market and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities through analytics and competitive intelligence.
