Job summary

McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Senior eCommerce Brand Manager, Private Label to lead the commercial strategy and performance of a portfolio of private label health care products across Amazon, online marketplaces, and other consumer-facing ecommerce channels.

This highly visible individual contributor role owns end-to-end business performance, including growth, assortment, and listing strategies, product launches, profitability, and strong cross functional coordination of marketplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in ecommerce, marketplace management or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of Amazon 3P seller experience directly managing brands.
• Strong forecasting, P&L and profitability analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into growth strategies.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial owner for a portfolio of private label products across Amazon and other channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies balancing revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Lead forecasting, business reviews, and performance reporting; identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market plans and cross-functional coordination for marketplace execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive growth.
