ServiceNow in Chicago seeks a senior principal solution architect focused on Security and Risk. You will consult with customers, lead pre-sales, and design architectures aligned with leading practices to accelerate outcomes.

You will partner with Platform Architect teams, mentor delivery staff, publish reusable solutions, and engage executives to drive governance and risk program success. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a professional services organization or equivalent
• 8+ years consulting/configuration experience implementing complex technologies
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow Security and Risk solutions
• Strong experience with TPRM, USEM, VR, SIR, IRM, and AI Control Tower
• Strong understanding of risk/security regulatory landscape (FFIEC, DORA, SEC, OCC, SOX)
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and industry frameworks
• Experience with cross-functional domains (asset mgmt, service mgmt, CMDB, ITOM)
• Experience with Now Assist, RaptorDB, Vault ZTA
• Experience applying AI to work processes and decision-making
• Ability to influence and consult senior leaders
• Customer-centric mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions
• Ability to produce visual design documents
• Experience running solution presentations and securing acceptance
• Strong public speaking and remote/in-person engagement skills
• Independence and collaborative working style

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales activities, including presentations, scoping workshops, and SOW development
• Serve as lead engagement team member, aligning Security & Risk to customer tech landscape
• Engage CXOs on implementation roadmap and change management
• Partner with Platform Architect team to surface platform risks
• Act as practice director for marquee accounts, guiding delivery teams
• Design and deliver Security & Risk solutions following standards
• Publish reusable solution designs for broader consumption
• Build relationships with product owners to promote capabilities
• Lead office hours, webinars, and learning events
• Drive improvement of delivery materials with Customer & Partner Excellence
• Enable and mentor delivery teams and partners
• Create documentation and service offerings
• Flex across Risk & Security domains and maintain KPIs
• Travel up to 20% annually
