Qualifications

• 12+ years in a professional services organization or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of consulting and/or configuration experience implementing complex technologies
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow Security and Risk solutions
• Strong experience with risk and regulatory frameworks (FFIEC, DORA, SOX)

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales activities: presentations, solutioning, scoping workshops, SOW development with clear deliverables
• Advise customers on governance best practices and security architecture within ServiceNow Risk solutions
• Engage CXOs on implementation roadmaps and change management
• Partner with Platform Architect teams to surface platform risks in customer landscapes
• Design and deliver Security and Risk solutions aligned with ServiceNow standards
• Create and publish customer-ready solution designs and diagrams
