Job summary

ServiceNow in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Architect who will consult on implementing Risk, Security, and OT Management solutions. You will guide customers, lead pre-sales activities, and deliver architecture designs aligned with leading practices.

You will engage with CXOs, partner teams, and the ServiceNow platform team to drive outcomes, ensure governance, and mentor delivery teams. Up to 20% travel may be required, and relevant certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI to workflows, decisions, or automation.
• Domain expertise in Security, Risk and OT within ITOM/ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry standards (FFIEC, SOX, etc.).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and sponsors with solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and lead complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities: presentations, scoping, and SOW development.
• Direct delivery teams and ensure governance and best practices.
• Engage CXOs to align roadmaps with customer strategies.
• Collaborate with Platform Architects to mitigate risks in customer landscapes.
• Design ServiceNow OTM solutions following standards and practices.
