Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Architect to consult on Security and Risk solutions, accelerating customer outcomes and supporting sales cycles. The role partners with product, customer excellence, and field teams to deliver architectural guidance, governance, and scalable implementation.

Responsibilities include leading pre-sales, engaging senior leaders, mentoring delivery teams, and driving repeatable, high-quality solutions while maintaining alignment with ServiceNow

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a professional services org or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in consulting/configuration of complex technologies.
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow Security and Risk solutions.
• Experience with cross-functional domains: asset management, service management, ITOM.
• Experience applying AI to work processes and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities with scoping, SOWs, and engagement sizing.
• Guide delivery teams and act as practice director on marquee Security and Risk accounts.
• Design and deliver Security and Risk solutions with long-term architecture.
• Publish reusable solutions and publish customer-focused content.
• Engage CXOs and senior leaders on roadmaps and governance.
