Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Architect to consult with clients on Risk, Security, and OT Management. The role focuses on architectural guidance, deep product knowledge, and delivering customer outcomes across complex engagements.

The individual will lead pre-sales activities, engage CXOs, mentor teams, and travel up to 20% annually to deliver value in line with ServiceNow standards.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Industry domain experience in Security, Risk, and Operational Technology (OT).
• Industry domain expertise in ITOM ServiceNow modules (EG: event management, Discovery, CMDB).
• Familiarity with risk and security regulatory guidelines and industry standards (FFIEC, SEC, OCC, SOX).
• Familiarity with Purdue Model and ISA-95/IEC 62443 concepts.
• Familiarity with virtualization/hypervisors (VMware ESXi, Hyper‑V, KVM).
• Familiarity with IC/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA/DA, Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
• Working knowledge of NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, C2M2 or related frameworks.
• Understanding of security zoning, segmentation and zero-trust in OT.
• Experience leading complex projects and engaging with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities, including presentations, scoping workshops, and SOW documentation.
• Lead engagement teams to deliver customer outcomes across Risk, SecOps, and OT landscapes.
• Interact with CXOs to discuss implementation roadmaps and change management best practices.
• Collaborate with Platform Architect team to proactively address platform risks.
• Act as a practice director for marquee accounts, guiding delivery and governance.
