ServiceNow seeks a Senior Principal Solution Architect, Security and Risk, to guide customers through risk and compliance workflows with architectural depth and practical delivery experience. The role emphasizes pre-sales leadership, governance best practices, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.

The candidate will mentor delivery teams, design robust security and risk architectures, and drive customer outcomes while collaborating with product and success groups

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a professional services organization, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years consulting or configuration experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow Security and Risk solutions.
• Strong experience with TPRM, USEM, VR, SIR, IRM (RC, TPRM, BCM), OpsRes, and AI Control Tower.
• Strong understanding of the risk and security regulatory landscape and standards (FFIEC, DORA, SEC, OCC, SOX).
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF and other industry frameworks.
• Experience with cross-functional domains such as asset management, CMDB, and ITOM modules.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales activities: presentations, solutioning, scoping, SOWs and engagement sizing.
• Serve as a lead member of the engagement team, linking Security and Risk workflows to client tech.
• Engage CXOs on implementation roadmap and change management.
• Partner with Platform Architect team to surface platform risks.
• Act as practice director on marquee accounts, overseeing delivery and standards.
• Design and deliver Security and Risk solutions with scalable architecture.
• Publish and share solutions for wider consumption with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with product owners to promote capabilities and roadmaps.
• Lead office hours, webinars, and learning events for field delivery stakeholders.
• Drive improvement of delivery materials with Customer & Partner Excellence.
