ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Architect to consult on Risk, Security, and OT solutions, driving customer outcomes and shaping delivery practices. The role requires coordinating with customers, sales, and product teams while leading engagements across complex workflows.

You will design long-term technical architectures, mentor delivery teams, and promote best practices in security, risk, and ITOM across marquee accounts. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI to work processes, decision making, or problem solving.
• Expertise in Security, Risk, and Operational Technology domains.
• Familiarity with ITOM ServiceNow modules (Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, SGC).
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FFIEC, SEC, OCC, SOX).
• Exposure to Purdue/ISA-95/IEC 62443 segmentation concepts.
• Awareness of OT protocols and networking basics.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales activities: presentations, scoping, SOWs, and engagement sizing.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes in Risk/SecOps/OT.
• Engage with CXOs to discuss roadmaps and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with Platform Architect team to identify risks in customer landscapes.
• Act as practice director on marquee accounts, ensuring delivery standards.
