Job summary

ServiceNow in the AMS region seeks a Senior Principal Solution Architect to consult on Security and Risk deployments, guiding customers through architectural design, governance practices, and scalable implementations across environments. You will partner with sales, product management and delivery teams to accelerate outcomes.

The role demands 12+ years in professional services, strong cross‑functional influence, and expertise in risk frameworks, AI integration, and platform ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a professional services organization, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of consulting and/or configuration experience implementing complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow Security and Risk solutions.
• Strong experience with risk and security frameworks and regulatory landscape (FFIEC, DORA, SOX, OCC, SEC).
• Experience with cross-functional domains such as asset management, CMDB, Risk and Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities: presentations, solutioning, scoping workshops, SOWs and engagement sizing.
• Engage senior leadership and advise on governance leading practices.
• Partner with Platform Architect team to surface platform risks.
• Lead delivery teams as a program director for Security and Risk.
• Design and deliver Security and Risk solutions with scalable architecture.
