SentiLink is seeking a Staff or Principal Recruiter to lead senior, leadership-focused searches with a strategic, business-minded partner to the Head of Talent. This is an individual contributor role emphasizing stakeholder management and scalable recruiting.

The position is remote within the United States, with encouragement for candidates who can regularly work from one of our U.S. offices. Expect high-stakes collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, senior-level searches through close.
• Expertise in talent-market mapping, research, sourcing, and proactive outreach.
• Ability to advise and influence executives and align hiring strategy with business needs.
• Strong judgment, ambiguity tolerance, and data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own complex leadership and strategic searches from scoping to close, ensuring strategy, candidate quality, and outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive talent-market maps and translate research into sourcing strategies.
• Partner with executives and senior managers to define needs and calibrate profiles.
• Build relationships with exceptional talent, including passive candidates.
• Deliver a highly personalized candidate experience with discretion and professionalism.
• Navigate evolving priorities, structure searches, and drive decisions with minimal direction.
• Support Head of Talent and drive initiatives to improve the broader talent function.
• Build scalable recruiting practices using data, planning, and workflow improvements.
