Job summary

Reddit, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager to lead the GTM Excellence team. You will own end-to-end processes, transform methodologies, and evolve systems, data, and products for a seamless advertiser experience.

The role requires executive presence, strong judgment, and deep forecasting experience in digital media, with a focus on improving seller productivity and the advertiser experience.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategic program management, business transformation, strategy & operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support core GTM leadership by managing Reddit's largest OPEX planning cycles, overseeing complex roadmaps, and ensuring decision-ready documents for monthly executive engagements (CRO/COO).
• Own end-to-end processes across the buy cycle: pipeline, forecasting methodologies, campaign planning, credit checks, invoicing.
• Engage with CRO/COO and cross-functional leaders to gather buy-in, test ideas, and accelerate execution.
• Break down opportunities, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and identify high-impact improvements to seller productivity and advertiser experience.
• Lead rollout planning, stakeholder comms, training, and adoption with strong change management.
