Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager for the GTM Excellence team. This high-visibility role leads end-to-end processes, evolves forecasting and analytics, and partners with senior leadership to optimize seller productivity and advertiser experience.

The position requires executive presence, strong judgment, and a deep background in digital media forecasting, with hybrid work options in major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategic program management, business transformation, strategy & operations, or a related field.
• Background in Digital Media companies (platform + agency preferred).
• Executive communication and stakeholder management, comfortable with C-suite involvement.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading change management across cross-functional teams.
• Balance high-level thinking with hands-on execution; owner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership by managing budgeting cycles, overseeing roadmaps, and preparing decision-ready documents for executive leadership meetings.
• Own end-to-end processes across the buy cycle, including forecasting methodologies, campaign planning, credit checks, and invoicing.
• Engage with CRO, COO, and senior leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data Product to gather buy-in and accelerate execution.
• Break down high-impact opportunities, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and identify actions to improve Reddit's operations.
• Lead from idea to execution, including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption.
