Reddit is seeking a highly strategic Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team, owning end-to-end processes and transforming methodologies across the advertiser lifecycle. The role partners with CRO, COO and senior leaders to optimize forecasting, planning, and invoicing while driving execution and adoption across sales teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in strategic program management, transformation, or strategy & operations.
• Background in digital media, platform and agency experience preferred.
• Executive communication and C-suite stakeholder management ability.
• Capable of structuring ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional change management initiatives.
• Owns initiatives from concept to execution with bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership by managing large OPEX planning cycles and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end processes across buy cycles, forecasting, planning, invoicing.
• Collaborate with CRO, COO and senior leaders to drive buy-in and execution.
• Break down high-impact opportunities into clear problem statements and hypotheses.
• Plan rollout, communicate with stakeholders, train and drive adoption.
