Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analyses from data sources to strategic recommendations. You will engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-based decisions in a remote/virtual role within Takeda’s BioLife unit.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, pricing or forecasting, with strong statistics, experimentation, and machine learning skills, plus expertise in PySpark, Python, SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, Data Science or quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy and/or forecasting with impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis & decision-making to connect raw data and reveal insights.
• Assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Contribute to pricing/forecasting with advanced data analysis and experiments.
• Develop ML models (supervised/unsupervised) to support operations.
• Shape analytics standards, data storytelling and code quality.
