BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead end-to-end analyses for pricing and forecasting within the FPA team of PDT. This role offers autonomy to own analyses, engage with senior leadership, and drive data-based decisions in a remote/virtual setup per Takeda policy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights.
• Performance Analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: contribute to pricing and forecasting with advanced data analysis and visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: build models to enhance operations and donor insights.
• Experimentation & Standards: own experimentation lifecycle and set analytics best practices.
