Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analyses from data to strategic recommendations. You will drive data-driven decisions across PDT in a fast-paced environment.

Lead pricing analyses using PySpark, Python, SQL and BI tools, build forecasting models, run experiments, and create clear visualizations for senior leadership. Domestic travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, data science, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation—hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design and power calculations.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and decision-making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights that shape decisions.
• Performance analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical analytics: contribute to pricing and forecasting with advanced data analysis and visualizations.
• Machine learning solutions: translate data challenges into ML models to enhance operations and donor insights.
• Experimentation and standards: own the lifecycle from design to analysis and promote best practices.
