BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analyses for pricing and forecasting within Takeda’s Plasma-Derived Therapies unit. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.

This remote role offers a path to drive measurable business improvements, with opportunities to lead experiments, build models, and scale best practices across centers and donor groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsabilités

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights that shape decisions.
• Performance Analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: contribute to pricing/forecasting with advanced data analysis and visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: develop ML models to enhance operations and donor insights.
• Experimentation & Standards: own experiments end-to-end and raise analytics standards.
