Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analytics from data to strategy, collaborating with senior leadership. You’ll apply PySpark, Python, SQL and BI tools to inform pricing decisions, run experiments, and craft clear visual narratives that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights shaping decisions.
• Performance Analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: contribute to pricing and forecasting with advanced data analysis and visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: translate data challenges into ML models to enhance operations.
• Experimentation & Standards: own the lifecycle from design to analysis and elevate analytics practices.
