Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analyses, from source data to strategic recommendations, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data analysis, pricing performance, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation, reporting to the Associate Director, Pricing and Business AI Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and decision-making to connect sources and deliver actionable insights.
• Assess pricing performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers and donor groups.
• Contribute to pricing and forecasting through statistics, experiments, and visualizations.
• Translate data challenges into machine learning models to enhance operations and donor insights.
• Own experimentation lifecycle from design to analysis and promote best practices in analytics.
