Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analyses from data to strategic recommendations. You will interact with senior leadership on pricing, forecasting, and analytics, driving data-led decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes machine learning, experimental design, and cross-functional collaboration within the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics team. Remote/Virtual work is supported under Takeda’s policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis across sources to drive business decisions.
• Assess pricing performance and identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to pricing and forecasting with advanced data analysis and visualizations.
• Develop ML models to enhance pricing operations and donor insights.
• Own the experimentation lifecycle and promote analytics best practices.
