Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to join the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team. You will own analyses end-to-end, from source data to strategic recommendations, and engage with senior leadership across functions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in analytics, pricing, or forecasting, with a strong statistics foundation and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, Data Science, or quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis & decision-making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights shaping business decisions.
• Performance analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical analytics: contribute to pricing/forecasting projects with advanced data analysis and visualizations.
• Machine learning solutions: build models (supervised/unsupervised) to enhance operations and donor insights.
• Experimentation & standards: own lifecycle from design to analysis; set analytics best practices.
