Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Leverage strong analytical skills to connect data sources, uncover patterns, and deliver insights that shape decisions.
• Performance Analytics: Assess pricing performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: Contribute to pricing and forecasting projects through advanced data analysis, process automation, A/B testing, and clear visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: Translate data challenges into ML models (supervised/unsupervised, predictive retention, segmentation, elasticity).
• Experimentation & Standards: Own the experimentation lifecycle, validate opportunities, and promote analytics best practices.
