Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team within the Plasma-Derived Therapies unit. You will own analyses end-to-end, from source data to strategic recommendations, and engage with senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

This remote/virtual role reports to the Associate Director, Pricing, and Business AI Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights shaping business decisions.
• Performance Analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: contribute to pricing and forecasting projects with advanced data analysis, automation, A/B testing, and visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: translate data challenges into ML models to enhance operations and donor insights.
