SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance across multiple concurrent solar and related projects. This remote role requires independence, regulatory expertise, and the ability to manage complex audits, wage determinations, and apprenticeship requirements.

You will serve as the escalation resource and liaison for clients, contractors, and government reviews, travel as needed, and ensure audit readiness and timely reporting across

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring other professionals.
• Strong knowledge of prevailing wage enforcement and public works compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi-project compliance across regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead labor compliance across national regions for multiple projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
• Audit and analyze DOL classification requests and docs for compliance.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards and PLA compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and respond to audit findings with corrective action.
• Coordinate with audits and regulators, preparing documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on enforcement trends.
