Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of related experience, preferably selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
• Assists in sales calls by assessing business needs through discussions and white-boarding sessions.
• Develops and presents technical proposals showing how organization's products can meet customer needs and be integrated with customer's systems.
• Conducts product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Prepares and presents customer requirements to Technology, Operations, Systems and Product Management teams to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of products.
• Installs and demonstrate the organization's products at customer sites post sale, or provides detailed client requirements to the implementation team during hand-off.
• Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of our own and competitors' products and/or services, and informs product management of suggested enhancements or changes to our products.
• May support the activities of sales staff at events/trade shows.
