Qualifications

• Typically eight to 10 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Provides presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers.
• Assists in sales calls by assessing business needs during discussions.
• Develops and presents technical proposals for integrating products with customer systems.
• Conducts product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Prepares customer requirements for cross-functional teams to enable integration.
• Installs and demonstrates products at customer sites post sale or guides hand-off.
• Maintains knowledge of products and informs enhancements to stay competitive.
• Supports sales staff at events or trade shows.
