Job summary

UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to partner with customers and prospects, translating business needs into compelling product solutions within our HR, Pay, and Workforce Management suite.

You will deliver engaging presentations, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and showcase how UKG technology can address strategic workforce challenges. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their business challenges.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• A willingness to travel up to 40% and explore new horizons.
