Job summary

UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to partner with sales, design end-to-end solutions, and deliver engaging demonstrations that clearly communicate value. You will translate complex needs into simple, compelling narratives that build trust and momentum throughout the sales process.

You are both a strategist and a storyteller, collaborating with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment, and you may travel to engage customers across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience with human resources or payroll software.
• Ability to present solutions to executives and senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with sales to uncover challenges, priorities, and success measures.
• Design end-to-end solution approaches aligning UKG products to customer business needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations communicating value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product and Services to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps.
