You will work across teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer goals, including travel as needed to engage with clients.

The role emphasizes storytelling and strategic design, helping customers envision how UKG products address workforce challenges and drive outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex sales cycles in a presales, solution consulting, or consultative customer-facing role.
• Experience with human resources, payroll, or related enterprise software solutions a must
• Experience presenting solutions to a range of audiences, including senior business leaders.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required (travel may exceed 50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with customers to uncover challenges, priorities, and success measures.
• Design end-to-end solution approaches that align UKG products to business needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that articulate value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product and Services to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions.
• Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps to move opportunities forward.
• Support proposal responses and sales-to-services transitions for clarity to customers.
