Job summary

UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to partner with sales, envision customer challenges, and design end-to-end solution approaches that map UKG products to business needs. You will deliver engaging demonstrations and collaborate with Product and Services to ensure feasible, aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex sales cycles in a presales, solution consulting, or consultative customer-facing role.
• Experience with human resources, payroll, or related enterprise software solutions a must.
• Experience presenting solutions to a range of audiences, including senior business leaders.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required (travel may exceed 50%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to lead discovery conversations that uncover customer challenges, priorities, and success measures.
• Design end to end solution approaches that align UKG products to customer business needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Services to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps that move opportunities forward.
• Support proposal responses and sales-to-services transitions to ensure continuity and clarity for customers.
