Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineer / Systems Engineer).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements, including solution design, architecture, and positioning of networking and security solutions.
• Partner with sales teams, customers, and ecosystem partners to align technical strategies with business outcomes.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solutions.
• Develop and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with compelling proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide enablement and training to partners and customer engineering teams.
