Job summary

HPE Aruba Networking is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to support design and deployment of advanced networking solutions for enterprise clients in the U.S. You will work with Territory Managers to qualify opportunities, craft technical pitches, and drive Proof of Concept engagements to closure.

The role emphasizes deep networking expertise across campus, data center, and cloud, plus strong customer-facing communication and collaborative skills within a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or related field OR have significant experience in networking technical and pre-sales activities roles.
• Have a minimum of 5+ years of technical professional, pre-sales, work experience.
• Have extensive experience in Networking including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, security, SASE and Network Management platforms, both on Premises and in Cloud.
• Hold specific Networking certifications (Aruba (Professional), Juniper (JNCIE), Cisco (CCIE), etc).
• Have experience in Network Access Security including HPE Aruba Clearpass, Juniper Access Assurance, Cisco ISE, Forescoute etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical support for development and implementation of complex networking solutions.
• Qualify opportunities with Territory Managers and convert leads into engagements.
• Develop technical sales pitches and tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Document technology solutions and proposals to meet business needs.
• Support Proof of Concept engagements and guide customers to closure.
