Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking an experienced Presales Systems Engineer to support the HPE Networking portfolio for K12/Local Oregon. This remote role requires collaboration with account teams, partners, and customers to design and position advanced networking solutions.

You will engage in solution design, PoC activities, and ongoing enablement to grow technical depth in Aruba, Juniper, and related technologies. Travel across Oregon when needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in networking infrastructure or similar role.
• Experience in networking design, installation, services, and support.
• Background in government, higher-ed, K-12, enterprise, or service provider environments.

Responsibilities

• Solution Expertise: develop proficiency across HPE Networking portfolio (Aruba wired/wireless, ClearPass, Central, Juniper routing/switching, security, automation).
• Presales Engagement: collaborate with sales to understand customer needs, design solutions, and deliver technical demos/presentations.
• Solution Design & Validation: create architectures and proposals; lead proof-of-concept activities.
• Enablement & Growth: pursue advanced training and certifications in HPE and Juniper technologies.
• Collaboration: work with internal teams and partners to ensure successful solution positioning and adoption.
