Job summary

The role drives bids, proposals and budgets, leads internal and external presentations, and collaborates with operations to assess risk and ensure profitability. It requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in estimating, with strong leadership and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction estimating experience.
• People management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall preconstruction process with comprehensive deliverables.
• Prepares and executes project win strategies and presentations.
• Oversees preconstruction teams and ensures successful delivery.
• Manages relationships with key clients and design teams.
• Performs estimating tasks as needed, including self-perform estimating.
• Creates conceptual budgets and reports project cost history.
• Collaborates with operations on risk assessment and profitability.
