Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Precon­struction and Estimating Manager as part of the Advanced Facilities Group. You will lead the collaborative preconstruction process across large Industrial, Data Center and Manufacturing projects, shaping cost strategies and proposals.

You’ll direct internal and external presentations, oversee teams, and partner with operations to ensure profitable outcomes while promoting diversity and inclusion. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years construction estimating experience; people management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction process and deliverables including bids, proposals, cost estimates and budgets.
• Prepare win strategies and present estimates to support business development.
• Oversee project teams and manage client relationships during preconstruction.
• Perform self-perform estimating when needed and develop conceptual budgets.
• Ensure alignment of project plans with operations and leadership.
