Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Required).
10+ years construction estimating experience.
Ability to lead preconstruction processes and bid strategy.

Responsibilities

Leads overall preconstruction process, including bids, proposals, estimates and budgets.
Prepares and executes project win strategies with interviews and presentations.
Oversees project teams and ensures successful preconstruction execution.
Manages relationships with key clients and design teams during preconstruction.
Performs estimating tasks as needed, including self-perform estimating.
Creates conceptual budgets and reports project cost history.
Collaborates with operations for risk assessment and profitability.
Promotes diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
