Job summary

You will oversee project teams, manage client and design-team relations, and may perform self‑perform estimating. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and 10+ years of estimating experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years construction estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall preconstruction process with bids, proposals, cost estimates and budgets.
• Prepares and executes project win strategies and presents estimates to support business development.
• Oversees project teams and ensures successful preconstruction execution.
• Manages relationships with clients and design teams during preconstruction.
• Performs estimating tasks including self-perform estimating as needed.
• Creates conceptual budgets and reports project cost history.
• Partners with operations to review risk, scoring and completion.
• Ensures alignment of project business plans with stakeholders.
• Promotes diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
