Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Senior Precon and Estimating Manager to lead the preconstruction process for large Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will direct estimates, budgets, and win strategies to support business development and project profitability.

You will manage project teams, build client and design-team relationships, and mentor staff while promoting a diverse and inclusive culture across JE Dunn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction process and develop comprehensive estimates and budgets.
• Prepare win strategies and present estimates to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee project teams and ensure successful preconstruction delivery.
• Manage relationships with clients and design teams during preconstruction.
• Perform self-perform estimating when needed.
• Create conceptual budgets and report project cost history.
• Collaborate with operations on risk assessment and profitability.
• Promote diversity and inclusion across JE Dunn.
