Qualifications

• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering and successful pre-sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and manage complex solutions and interface with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive Aruba Networking or Juniper Mist Networking knowledge.
• Routing and switching technologies, networking security, NAC (Clearpass, ISE, Cloud NAC).
• Wireless design, deployment, troubleshooting, and site survey knowledge (Ekahau/Hamina).
• CWNA, CWDP, CWSP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-sales technical and functional support for global major accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide solutions/technical support in territory.
• Develop account relationships and maintain sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Create detailed design/implementation specifications for complex solutions.
• Build PoCs to demonstrate feasibility and tailor customer solutions.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to qualify opportunities and drive closure.
