Everpure is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to drive innovative data storage and cloud-enabled solutions. You will translate customer needs into architectural designs, lead technical evaluations, and collaborate with account teams to win complex enterprise deals.

With 5+ years of experience in storage, networking, and cloud, you will explain technology clearly, deliver compelling demonstrations, and maintain a strong customer relationship from discovery through deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience across technology, design and communications.
• Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts.
• Familiar with multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Knowledge of modern web architecture and AWS well-architected framework; microservices.
• Prior experience targeting new prospects and converting them into clients.
• Contribute to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN).
• Linux, NFS, and distributed networking.
• Networking: Ethernet, TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, k8s.

Responsibilities

• Develop an exhaustive understanding of customer business drivers and decision making.
• Connect technology solutions to measurable customer outcomes across the Everpure portfolio and ecosystem.
• Partner with account managers, specialists and channel partners to drive revenue growth.
• Lead with technical expertise in storage products, distributed architectures, and related offerings.
• Own evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations.
• Deliver technical product and architecture presentations to win customer buy-in.
• Capture requirements and translate business needs into innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for interoperability and performance testing/validation.
• Collaborate on roadmap planning and materials to support alliances.
• Stay current with competition and market trends.
