Job summary

Omni is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to be a trusted technical expert across the Omni platform, helping customers unlock value from data during evaluations and deployments. You will lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and POCs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

The role is remote in the US, with a focus on cross-industry engagements and high-touch deployments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise pre-sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Deep data stack expertise with cloud warehouses and tools.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and POCs during evaluations.
• Smoothly transition trials into customers by coordinating with post-sales teams.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers to raise discovery, demo, and POC quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
