Job summary

Omni, a San Francisco-based AI analytics platform, seeks a Staff Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to lead technical efforts across large enterprise evaluations and to shape the technical playbook for the Solutions Engineering team. You will mentor SEs, influence product direction, and drive successful proofs of concept with senior stakeholders, leveraging deep SQL skills and the modern data stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering roles supporting enterprise customers.
• Experience with modern data stack and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to provide technical expertise on strategic opportunities and uncover use cases.
• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and POCs for large evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership across Solutions Engineering, mentoring SEs and shaping best practices.
• Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap based on field patterns.
• Represent the SE org in strategic executive-level conversations with customers.
• Smoothly transition trials into customers by coordinating with post-sales and partners.
