Job summary

Omni is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical expert across the Omni platform. You will lead complex evaluations, mentor junior SEs, and help shape product direction as you share field experience.

In this high-touch, forward-deployed model, you will work with customers of all sizes and industries, guiding technical discovery, demos, and POCs, and will help transition trials into successful customers while collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Interest in growing into a pre-sales career path.
• Passionate about working with data, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about teaching others.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or Sisense.
• Prior experience with customers or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Solutions Engineers and the sales team to support technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Learn to build and present POCs in the Omni platform for evaluation, helping customers use Omni on their own data.
• Support the transition of trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and influence product direction.
