Job summary

Omni, the AI analytics platform, seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to drive technical evaluations, demos, and POCs across industries while mentoring junior SEs. You will help shape product direction by sharing field feedback from customers.

This role is hybrid with 3 days/week in our SF headquarters, collaborating with Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills, using SQL for analytics.
• Interest in growing into a pre-sales career path.
• Passionate about working with data; eager to teach others.
• Exposure to BI tools (Looker, Omni, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense).
• Prior experience with customers (consulting) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Solutions Engineers and the sales team to support technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Learn to build and present POCs in the Omni platform as part of the evaluation process.
• Support the transition of trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and help inform product direction.
