Job summary

Omni, the AI analytics platform, seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to empower customers to leverage data across the lifecycle. You will partner with Sales to demonstrate value, build POCs in the Omni Platform, and help convert trials into paying customers.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to capture feedback and guide product direction for a broad range of industries.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of data analytics/BI experience including pre-sales.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and transformation tools.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) in the Omni Platform for evaluations.
• Smoothly transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams and engaging with partners for ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
