Job summary

Omni, the AI analytics platform, is hiring a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer in San Francisco. You will act as a technical expert across the Omni platform, enabling customers to derive value from their data during evaluations and deployments.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering to demonstrate use cases, build POCs, and help convert trials into customers. The role supports a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the SF headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of data analytics/BI experience including some pre-sales.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Familiar with the modern data stack and cloud data warehouses.
• Comfortable owning technical conversations directly with customers.
• Passionate about data and teaching others.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) in the Omni Platform during evaluations.
• Smoothly transition trials into customers by coordinating with post-sales and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and guide direction.
