Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support, demonstrating the platform to prospective clients and current customers. You will connect customer outcomes to platform capabilities, drive rapid solution iterations, and guide clients through technical validation and value-based demonstrations.

In this role, you will engage in discovery, lead product demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Services to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives at large enterprise customers.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings.
• Lead product demonstrations and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to customer needs.
• Demonstrate expertise across Workiva's domain areas and develop working knowledge of industries and use cases.
• Assist sales in developing account plans and supporting Workiva strategies.
• Conduct process assessments and build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements.
